The section directly below shares numbers, websites for mental health services both locally to the United States and International resources. If you are in need of immediate help or would like to speak to someone about your mental health. The second section is all the information we shared during the Cerulean Project over the years.
National & International Resources
SAMHSA
SAMHSA’s National Helpline, 1-800-662-HELP (4357), (also known as the Treatment Referral Routing Service) or TTY: 1-800-487-4889 is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.
TREVOR PROJECT
Our trained counselors are here to support you 24/7. If you are a young person in crisis, feeling suicidal, or in need of a safe and judgment-free place to talk, call the TrevorLifeline now at 1-866-488-7386.
